Sleep cradled by waves

An individual sleeps for an average of eight hours a night. At the neobed we start from the principle that these eight hours can also be used to promote health. In collaboration with Deslee Textiles, we have developed a special mattress  with unique bioactive properties: Seacell Active.

Seacell Active contains sea algae. A characteristic of sea algae is that they absorb minerals from the sea, so that the Seacell Active mattress fabric contains a broad spectrum of vitamins, minerals and proteins.

Sea algae have long been used in cosmetics, particularly for skin care and cleansing products. The healing action of sea algae - on skin irritations and skin diseases, for example - is generally recognised.

Nurture your skin with vitamins while you sleep.

Seacell Active contains a large number of nutrients: oligo-elements and – as mentioned – vitamins, minerals and proteins. During sleep, the skin is constantly "fed" with these elements. Seacell Active thus plays an active part in caring for and protecting the skin.

The sea algae are interwoven with cellulose yarn, a combination of the best that nature has to offer. The fabric not only has a beneficial effect on the body, but also feels very soft to the touch. This pleasant touch increases sleeping comfort.

The anti-bacterial action of Seacell Active also contributes to a better, healthier sleeping environment.

Know what is inside your mattress. The mattress cover is zippered to allow you see inside and give you the option to dry clean the cover.     

Your iBEDS^® SeaCell latex mattress will be made using a 6" Talalay Latex mattress core (30 - 34 ILD) and an additional 2" soft (14 - 16 ILD) Talalay comfort layer for a total of 8" of latex.
